Das Zimmer im 4.Stock war leider das Geld nicht wert. Abgescheuerte Möbel und seit Eröffnung vor 20 Jahren nicht renoviert laut Aussage einer Mitarbeiterin vom Empfang. Dies geschieht im 4.und 5. Stock erst noch. Im Frühstücksraum Haare am Kissen im Stuhl; die Mitarbeiterin konnte erst nichts erkennen, dann mit Brille doch. Ja, wenn man als Gast eben empfindlich ist? Haar vom Kissen entfernt und zack auf den Fußboden zwischen die Gänge geworfen! Wir haben uns bei der Frühstücksleitung beschwert. Ansonsten freundliches Personal.

Another fantastic weekend at the A-rosa
FANTASTIC.
However at bit wird when reception staff asks if we are on the right floor (penthouse)…. 🤔 …. We assume it was due to our travelling clothes however still a word feeling beeing welcomed like that…
Celebration of women’s day started with a glass of champagne 🍾 for the women.. 🙏

Disappointed returning after 9 months and the feeling was different You return to a hotel you previously rated very hig just to find out that the whole experience is let down by housekeeping I can live with the fact that coffee facilities are not provided in the standard rooms - poor compared to international standards but normal I Germany The rooms could do with a housekeeping manager and not the eyes of a subcontractor The promised facilities was not at hand but provided bit by bit within our two day stay The rest of the facilities are very good and in particular the people in the restaurants are giving an excellent service and the food is very delicate and the spread is fantastic One could say that the staff could do with a bit of help by the management tea

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende im arosa in Travemünde verbracht. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere der Wellnessbereich und das Buffet-Restaurant haben ein Lob verdient. Das Buffet mit den vielen kleinen Ideen ist eine schöne Idee. Hier haben wir nur ein zuckerfreies Dessert vermisst. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Schade ist, dass die Räume gegenüber der Bar nur noch teilweise genutzt werden und die Fenster einfach überklebt wurden. Wir vermissen auch die damalige Fusion-Bar. Vielleicht wurde sie von anderen Gästen nicht angenommen. Nun ist der Raum aber ungenutzt, leer, dunkel und kühl. Man könnte hier eine Bibliothek einrichten. Dies kennen wir aus anderen Hotels und vermissen es im arosa.
